Terms & Conditions

These terms cover campervan rentals and RV site stays at Pinecrest Ridge RV Park, 4280 Pinecrest Road, Estes Park, CO. Booking with us means you agree to the following.

Reservations & Payment

• A 25% deposit confirms your booking; the balance is due at pickup.
• Weekly rates apply automatically to trips of 7 nights or more.
• Free date changes up to 7 days before pickup, subject to availability.

Cancellations

• Full refund up to 14 days before pickup; 50% up to 7 days.
• Inside 7 days, deposits convert to trip credit valid for 12 months.

Driving & Care

• Drivers must be 25+ with a valid license; all drivers must be listed at pickup.
• Vans leave full and return full; a $45 fee applies for empty grey or black tanks.
• No smoking in vans or park buildings; pets only with the pet package.

Park Rules

• Quiet hours 10pm – 7am. Generators off between 8pm and 8am.
• Check-in from 2pm, check-out by 11am; late checkout by arrangement.
